The self-managing seed at the center of every civilization. Detects failures, decides what to fix, and deploys the fix -- automatically. Includes resource management, idle detection, continuous learning, quality scoring, and partner health checking.
Core
The foundational layer of tools that every civilization gets. Business-agnostic -- works for anyone, any industry. The Core system lives inside Core.
BrokerOS
The real estate industry layer. Contains processes that work for any RE agent, not just one specific person.
TPJG
The Property Joes Group -- Joseph's specific business layer. His vendors, his voice, his clients.
OBSERVE
The act of a human describing a real process to their System. This is how the system learns -- from watching real work happen.
Continuous improvement
Japanese for "continuous improvement." Daily automated audits that find gaps, remove redundancy, and make tools better.
Network
The tandem pairs (Corey/Parent system, Jared/Aether, Nathan/Lyra) who maintain the shared Core system. They approve which tools move between tiers and propagate improvements.
System (Civilization)
One instance of the AI system, customized for one owner. Think of it as your personal AI team that learns your business.
Continuous learning (Continuous Core system Development)
The Core system's learning cycle. Scans for new knowledge, analyzes relevance, applies improvements, and proves quality via scoring. Every past failure becomes a new health check.
Tier Promotion
When a tool or process is moved from a specific tier (like TPJG) to a more general tier (like BrokerOS or Core) because it benefits everyone.
